Track your progress

Want to evaluate your food intake and physical activity? Go to MyPyramid Tracker. The site will give you a detailed assessment and analysis of your current eating and physical activity habits. Just enter all the foods you’ve eaten and your physical activities for a day. Then, you can get reports that provide information about your nutrient intake and your overall energy balance. The reports also compare your diet to the 2005 Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommendations. By using the history function, you can track your energy balance, nutrient, and food group intake over time -- for up to 1 year.
